You either check for the buff with the eye, use a weakaura to have an additional check or can even use a glyph that makes your character look like they are burning when enraged. But I recommend not worrying, because when you play fury correctly (pressing buttons all the time), you will always be enraged when you stick on your target! Bloothirst and Rampage Enrage you, and you use both of these all the time.. Kala na peraseis me ton warrior file!
