Class of 2023 | Free State Senior Certificate results

Free State kept its place as the leading province with an 89% National Senior Certificate pass rate, an increase of 0.5% from 2022. Our reporter Makgala Masiteng looks at the results of the class of 2023. This is the first matric class that the province will celebrate without the late Education MEC Tate Makgoe who took the reigns in 2009. Makgoe passed away in March last year in a motor vehicle crash. Education MEC Makalo Mohale will announce the 2023 Matric results at the Central University of Technology.
