Hi! Wonderful lecture. Very lucid and easy to understand. I have but one question: Shouldn't there be a relationship between foreign sector and the government? For example, when the government buys defense supplies (goods and services), it makes factor payments to the foreign sector. Secondly, when the government sends relief aid, such as for earthquake in Haiti, Nepal etc., it makes transfer payments. So, isn't there a relationship between Government and Foreign Sector?
