I have a 1974 250 cc version in the Phiippines. It was sold new in Hong Kong to Claudio de Bedin, then to Mike Starkey. I bought it off Mike circa 1978 and raced it for a few years before I moved on to a longer 'travel' YZ125. My bike is reasonably well restored but has not been started for a few years. It was, and still is, a great machine.

I was looking up old dirt bikes as a reference for art (wanted to draw a fictional bike) and went head over heels at the Bultaco’s design, then it’s fascinating history. Beautiful lil bike.

Hi Chris nice bike i believe the stock handle bars would of had a 4 to 5 inch rise and wear prone to bending ease . I had a 73 360 in 1976 it was a good handling bike for tight corners . thanks Chris . JM
