A simple risotto is one of the best ways to enjoy fresh truffles. No matter what kind of truffle you have, the method is the same: make a simple white risotto, and add a bunch of truffles at the end. The truffles are never simmered in the rice while it cooks, as it will destroy their aroma.
I go over the basic method of how to make the simple risotto, as well as showing you a few different ways you can incorporate the truffle flavor. Ideally you'll have fresh truffles, but you can make the recipe with truffle paste or truffle butter. If you have to, you can use truffle oil, but IMO the Axe Body Spray of condiments has no place here and is like eating perfume.
