​@@HappyNooburtbro, if you want movie theate popcorn, buy this stuff called flavacol and buy coconut oil and if you want the fake butter to put on top after it's popped buy the brand kernel movie butter, it's just oils and buttery flavoring. Make sure you use right amount of flavacol, experiment with it or look up videos

Using butter only risks burning the butter because it has such a low smoke point. Supplementing it with a little high-smoke-point neutral oil (like vegetable oil) will give you that buttery flavor without the risk.

You can not use oil and butter at the same time it can be one or other

You have to use oil & butter together. If you try to use butter alone, both the butter & the popcorn will burn. Why? Because butter has a low smoke point.
