Because he's still grounded, Classic Caillou has to stay home with Aunt Darlene while Caillou and Rosie get to go have lunch at Dave And Buster's. To combat his boredom, the bald menace decides to toilet-paper the Parsec family's house - and bring along a secret weapon in case he gets caught!
