As usual Daddy Jack...me & my daughter just watched this video & she asked me "do you think you can make that"? I told her..."ofcourse I can...I've got my favorite chef on KZbin & the best chef on KZbin showing me what to do"!!! I'll be making this this weekend. I love you Daddy Jack. Much love from Mobile Alabama.

Looks good but lm not very good at cooking so here's a dumb question when you cook the chicken so fast does it get cooked all the way through
@cjblackwell3725 жыл бұрын
It looked very thinly sliced, so something like 3 mins a side would be appropriate. If you've got a bigger piece than shown and you've gotten some good browning on the chicken, then you can finish it in the oven so your crust doesnt burn before your meat is cooked. Pro tip: definitely pound or slice your breasts into a flat cutlet like DJ did here, that will prevent uneven cooking

Jack Love to watch what you do in the kitchen... but I’m confused by your rendition of chicken French. I was waiting for you to finish this dish with some garlic chicken base and sherry wine and lemon. What gives? Is it just eggs and chicken. Where does the flavor come from? I await your reply.
@dabradguy5 жыл бұрын

@@CookingWithTheBlues I'll tell my mom to try that out next time. By the way I love all your videos. I been bindge watching your channel for a week now. I like how fast you are and how much your food reminds me of childhood. We grew up poor and alot of the stuff you make reminds me of the food my mom used to make for her 5 boys. Using everything n the grease to strech things out and make gravy.
