I remember when the episode which Richard attempted to murder Emily Bishop and murdered Maxine Peacock aired in New Zealand. TVONE had to move the 2nd part to 8:30PM 1 hour after part 1 transmitted at 7:30 due to the shocking sequence which Richard kills Maxine. At the beginning of the broadcast of Part 2, it had a viewer warning. I can understand why Part 2 was given the 8:30PM timeslot.

I forgot that there was a time that Gail believed Richard over her own mother Audrey, which was so unconvincing. Back in the day, there had been so many scenes explaining the strong bond between Gail and her single mother Audrey, she wouldn't have disbelieved and ostracised her own mother for a guy she had barely a year earlier! WTF... That incredulity is how Corrie ruins himself.
