Why not co-sign on the loft instead of a ring 🤔? This man could be planning on getting his wife these things eventually, once they are on their feet. Well, they kinda rushed the marriage but now it’s best to work as a team. Most couples need more than 30 days to get their dream home and car, she has to be patient and learn to love her husband for who he is and what he has and not for what he does not have. That’s conditional circumstances, marriage is based on unconditional love. For richer, or poorer, better or worst etc.”

This is something I know I needed to hear, the part about him staying with his mother and not just going out to live with some random woman that is only there to provide a place to stay. Too many times we make people feel bad about falling on hard times but if we all told the truth most of our stories would start at those difficult times in our life. But we don't tell the truth, we lie and make it seem like we have it all together. My question is, is if she was doing so well in Cali how could she just up and leave all the things she had going for herself. The truth is she wasn't doing that well, she was living check to check like most of us and that's why it was easy for her to move to Atlanta and if she wasn't successful she had some one to blame.

@VillaFanFTW4 жыл бұрын
@ It's not simple logic, because there's no such thing as a definition of a real man. Sure, you can make one up in your head, like the gold digger up there who wants to be coddled like a 6 year old and do nothing with their life while the man pays for everything. There are definitely men out there that will do that, but that doesn't make you a real man, especially because those men tend not to be able to stick up for themselves against women. Anyone who uses the term "real man" or "man up" has no intelligent opinion or logic behind what they say, it's all based on their selfish needs and if you can't meet them, you're not a real man to them. Which is great, because if gold diggers like the one above and I'm going to assume you, don't think I'm a real man for not going along with that, then I'm doing something right. My question is, are you a real woman who supports the man in everything he does no matter what it is? Because that's your late 1800/early 1900 philosophy isn't it? Where some rinky dinky warehouse job can pay for a 4 bedroom house where you can hardly afford rent with one of those jobs anymore.

I was sort of with her in the beginning. As a 39 yr old woman with a child, so it’s important that she has someone who provides financial security for them both and her child (depending on their age). However, she definitely should have made sure she saw evidence of this lifestyle wayyyyy before she said “I do”. I think he did say he could have her living lavishly but she didn’t do enough to check. At certain points, I’ll chalk it up to frustration, she seemed to be snarky. But overall, I don’t think they’re compatible.

Annalise Anthony their is a difference between financial stability and wanting a guy to spoil you.

You can be financially secure without driving a Range Rover and paying for a loft and $5000 ring. That money can be saved for a rainy day or children’s future. It just seemed like all she’s interested in is material things, that’s why she rushed and married him so fast trying to secure that. My husband is the provider for our family... but when things got rough due to a household member being hospitalized, I got a part time job to help him out for a few months not take him to divorce court and ask for money to leave him that’s ridiculous. And after 30 days is a red flag she’s not interested in anything else about this man or she wouldn’t be trying to leave him so fast give it time

I agree with the judge he is a good guy and he could do better than her. Not sure what he sees in her why he loves her so much. Also guy had a successful business until the recession hit. He like others lost his business. Now he's humbled himself (folding boxes) and is working to rebuild his life. I have big respect for him too. If he's done at once had a successful business and I'm sure he can do it again. She just needed to be supportive and patient.

Maaaan when a man promised me something, I just waited & did see the damn action. In 3 days(my lucky number) and nothing happened, I keep it MOVIN'! I got no time for bs! The woman fell for his false promises & married him, man she's easy to be that gullible!

A promise is a comfort to a fool. No disrespect to this lady, but you never uproot your life based on promises.

The judge basically said she was gold digging and she got triggered. 🤪 He promised her tangible things over intangible things point blank. Red flag.

He made promises that take more than a month to attain so the question is how long is she expecting it to take because it’s not instantaneous. You don’t agree to a marriage based on the material things they say they will give you. If that’s the case you should’ve never agreed to be married in the first place.
@msholliday39354 жыл бұрын
I believe money should absolutely be a factor when marrying because you CANNOT LIVE LIFE ON LOVE. Love and support don’t buy groceries or keep a roof over your head. You’ll end up taking care of a man or living with his mama if you pick someone and settle for the struggle love so to each it’s own on that topic! However, she should have verified what he had and who he was SOMETIME in the last 9 years of knowing him. She let this guy court her like a teenager girl instead of a grown woman but want a grown up relationship?. 😒 10 hours on the phone? Girl what do you expect!?!

There is nothing wrong with wanting to marry a rich woman or man. Yes, it's materialistic but not criminal. Most people chastising her are also materialistic just not in the same way that she is. Lying and deceiving someone to get married to them is absolutely wrong. The fact that he's smirking about it throughout the episode shows how he knows deep down that he lied and played her. It's wrong.

And the Judge straight over looked that shit. This is the second episode I've watched when the Judge took high favor of a no good man and down played the wife/woman.
@jasminasinanbegovic62252 жыл бұрын
May be he did that to impress her cause he liked her...I quess nobody would buy anyone 5000$ engagement ring if didn't honor that person or search for apartments, and tried to satisfy her. On the other hand, she shows emotions only to material things, give them more value then he gives to him as a person, she moved only cause of material stuff, sees him as a bank machine. I bet she promised a lot of love I somehow can't notice to get what she wanted as well. No respect for that type of woman either. If he is smart, he will search that love elsewhere
