this is the best tutorial I've seen and not been confused by. I'm not a hair stylist but I love doing my own hair. Was looking for this style for a 20s themed wedding I'll be attending and now I know I'll be looking the part!! thank you for posting!

....I am 4 months in at school, so before watching this video I could not get the ridge to form or the s formation...I watched this video maybe 3 times and then got out my mannequin ...1st practice...got it...I just have to tighten up in the crown area and practice more around the ears... thank you so much Ms Burwell..big hugs for you

I learned this at college (done hairdressing in 2007) loved doing finger waves.. Easy once you get the hang of it 😊☺ though need a lot of products to keep it in place.

Is finger waves necessary in every school? if so why ?

If you can do it this way on straight hair why do some people curl the hair beforehand?😮
