Mark's story about somebody flinging a beer can at him reminded me of this: I used to go out running a few times in the week. One day, I was jogging down the main road that goes past our local park. The traffic on one side was completely gridlocked due to temporary lights. Some guy in a truck cab was CLEARLY not having a good time, and I could hear him yelling at the top of his voice as I got close to it. As I jogged past, he yelled abuse at me and flung a FULL takeaway style cup of scalding coffee at me. It hit me in the leg, but didn't spill on me because it still had the plastic lid on it. I was kind of taken aback that somebody would do that. I could feel how hot the coffee was , and if it had got on me, it would have been pretty nasty. As I was processing all this, the traffic started to move, but very slowly. So I loosened the lid on the coffee, and as I jogged past, I called to the driver 'Hey! You dropped your coffee!' and lobbed it overarm back into the cab. I feel the driver may have learned an important lesson that day. EDIT: to be clear on the ending of this story, the last thing I heard him yelling from inside his cab was "AAAARGH! MY F***IN' NUTS!"

Many years ago someone handed me a corn beer draught, I couldn't believe how good it tasted. I never found that beer again, think that place only had it on tap. Miller is also nice.

I'm a little bit so late so it'll have to be CGR Saturday!! 🍻 ❤ If I see Miller light over here I will definitely try it. I currently have an unquenchable thirst for Birra Moretti Sale Di Mare my goodness, the hint of salt just makes you thirsty enough to crack open another. It's a viscous R2D2 head spinning journey 😄 The CGR beer glass definitely makes every beer taste better! I'm just waiting for pay day to check out the kickstarter, there's a couple of tiers I would like to be in but having just bought a house I'm struggling to justify getting involved when my fiancee wants a million and one things doing. I forget if it was Miller Lite or Bud or Coors, but I tried one of those when I was on a pontoon boat with my family chilling in the sand bar of a lake in Michigan, and it tasted like I was drinking water from the lake… again, I don’t remember which Lite it was, but Imma stick to Yuengling as my shitty hear if choice.

I agree hardware is so much better sounding than software, especially if you can get your hands on vintage analogue synths. They have never managed to capture the magic with modern synths, they are too clean and sterile, but still better than software.
