Scotland screwed up royally at the end of that game Despite the referee shenanigans, they still had control of the game so Why throw long from a line out in the rain at the end of a match in your own 22, if there ever was a time for cool heads to control the narrative, that was it, they could have made it to the finals

How does a team that scored how many tries compared to the opposition deserve to win the game? Had Foley had his kicking boots on in the first half Scotland would have needed a miracle to win. Penalty kicks and Foleys misses were the Scots only contribution to the game. They had one try presented on a platter to them and still lost after how many misses by Foley in 1st half.
