Great bike! Also love the little ride and sneak peak into Vietnam from a Honda!

Thanks, and there are lots of other Vietnam rides on my channel where I get out into the amazing mountains 👍

some of the happiest times I can remember are riding from HCMC to Mui Ne on various underpowered Honda - Cub and 67. I've now imported a 67 to the UK and the experience isn't the same. Miss shorts and flip flops #safteyfirst

Thanks for sharing. At one point I did think about exporting it to the UK but came to a similar conclusion. It just wouldn't be the same!

Great video. I used to have a CD175. Sort of a bigger version than this and thankfully with a conventional gearbox. Narrow bars and similar dash. Obviously it had more power than this. It never, in two years and 24,000 miles of teenage abuse, broke down. And I never had it serviced. Just changed the oil and got the spark plugs sandblasted periodically.

I've not seen any that size here but another fairly common bike here is the CD90. As you say, it's very similar.

Love the scenaries of HoiAn. How big is the tank ? How many km can you get on a full tank ?
@RichRides Жыл бұрын
The tank is fairly small (7 litres from memory) but it was pretty good on fuel. I'm not sure what range or mpg though and mine was modified to 88cc so would be different to standard anyway

Do you still use it? If so, when do you use it?

I don't as I sold it when we left Vietnam last December.

Do you not get worried with no gloves on?
@RichRides2 жыл бұрын
I've always been an "all the gear, all the time" guy but after 2 years in Vietnam things slipped sometimes. I did usually wear gloves though apart from around town on the scooter or SS50 where you're usually doing sub 40kph. Most people in Vietnam are in t-shirts, shorts, and flip flops which I could never bring myself to do. I was always fully covered at least.
