Man I 100% remember the episode when fletch was hammered throwing up and this episode. I listened to love line religiously from 96 till Stryker. He was ok. What a trip, like it’s 10:00pm I’m 13yo sneaking out to smoke a bowl of blueberry Kush in some bushes with a Walkman and headphones, on the edge of where the pasedena antenna reached. I have the Dr Drew shuffle and the Adam shuffle somewhere on a cassette. Great to hear this 25 years later and be transported back Awesome sauce

Totally forgot about Pennywise so looked them up and bassist Jason Matthew Thirsk passed away from self inflicted gunshot wound months after this on 7/29/2016.. per wiki, from alcohol issues. Damn.

Pennywise’s Fletch acting chaotically and threatening to shit all over the studio. Mind you, in a previous episode, he vomited all over everyone in the studio.

So before this episode, Fletcher from the band Pennywise was a guest star on Loveline and he vomited all over the cast cuz he was drunk and he was also doing it intentionally. They called Pennywise back and Fletcher decided to this time barricade the cast and staff inside the recording room and threatened to throw poop on them. So security had to call the police to deescalate the situation.
