I'm not convinced by anti-roll bars either, they can increase grip but also take it away from the end thier fitted to, I believe people add them more for 'feel' than grip. A better solution IMO (apart from redesigning the rear suspension) is to fit Hydrolastic bumpstops, these are a tall progressive bumpstop that the rear settles on once you've turned in. Relatively easy to fit to dry trailing arms but you do need to move your brake hoses and drill and tap for the mounts. Gorgeous colour btw.

thanks Arrin, interesting on the bump stop, I will keep that in mind as we progress with the tweaks and tests, first impressions are great, so we are still wondering if we should pursue perfection or just accept it's a 40-year-old car.

The build is coming along nicely. 👍. What android unit are you using and could you review it. Cheers

Well done! Couple of questions - 1. Could you have opted for one battery box up front, I. E split them and put a little more weight onto the front end. 2. Do you know what modules are in the boxes and the actual KWH capacity of them? 3. Why did the registration phase take so long? Many thanks and well done again!

Thanks, I believe battery placement is mid or rear for this system, not upfront, the car is basically 50/50 weight split now, so no handling issues, and capacity is 22KWH, I'm using both a domestic charger for 6A /10A and 13A. fast charging works at 11kwh (more to come on these charging times) delays in registration are purely down to capacity at the reg office at the moment, so many new car e-registration that there is a backlog, we had some additional delays because of component shortages and a COVID outbreak at the workshop. All part of life these days I'm afraid..........
