Classic Mini floor to sill reinforcement brackets

Them brackets are not actually needed, they where used on the assembly line to move the shells about. Most people disregard them and we’ll the holes up on the outer sill as they’re a rust trap. Nice work though I love your attention to detail.

Welding two different thicknesses of steel together requires upping the voltage and wire feed to the thicker piece. Had to do something similar when plug welding the rear valence closing panels to the boot floor of my own mini.
