Thanks .. It definitely worked rather well. With that said, I should have put oil down in on the inside wall and not just on the bushing…. But the idea is a keeper for me

Using that method with the all thread is a great idea without a press and yes it wobbles around on that a lot and can damage the end of the bush. That nylon bush works a treat at stopping the damage Randy. Good idea!

I made something like this as well, but mine was a stepped bushing from nylon that went up inside the bush as well. That helped hold the bush in perfect alignment as well

Right on.. as they say… great minds think alike. The first bushing was installed w/o the nylon spacer with a bit of damage to the bushing edge. The nylon spacer idea is a keeper..

Great video, but I think you’ve put the bush in the wrong way round. It has a flat end and a chamfered end, the chamfered end should go into the arm. 👍

Thank you…. Not my bushing as I literally took a photo of it looking at both ends. The bearing had more of a radius on one end, but the bushing is near identical on both ends. I also got a second opinion prior. As I was confused. With that said, I did not compare the bushing that came with the kit vs the Box of NOS bushings I have/used
