You could follow up with automatic gearbox types. Thats where the real parts and fitment issues start.😊

Thanks for that. I have a mapped CSI distributor on my Mini. It's similar to a 123 distributor, but looks exactly like the original. The 998 A plus has a stage one kit, so I initially picked map 7. Your thoughts on mapped distributors?

Mapped dizzys are great as long as you can measure the performance difference between curves and don't get into detonation limits. I wish the CSI would be updated to use a 0.8ohm coil, that would be ideal.

Thanks! Confirmed what I have is a A series not A+ (in a 94 JDM import car). What year did they swap from A to A+. I wonder if my engine was not original to this car?

Correct, the JDM cars with fuel injection were A+ motors
