Finally, after searching for 4 hours to find a video to cut my son's hair just like this, and I come across your channel. Very, very informative, and you actually say what you're doing, and what guard you're using! This was so easy to follow! I love your videos, thank you so much for helping out people like me (definitely not a stylist) and making videos that are a joy to watch! You're wonderful!

I never comment on KZbin, but I'm making an exception for this video. I've been trying to cut my bf's hair since 2020, with only dog grooming for experience lol. I've watched dozens of videos and this is hands down the best tutorial on the cut AND how to style. Figuring out the "shelf" and how to keep the hair from falling in his face has been a headache, but this video addressed both issues. Thank you so much! I will absolutely share and recommend. Cheers!

This is actually that Haircut that I want! It's a Classic Cut and something I wanted to aspire to being a Teen in the 90s. It's sort of like a blended in Step where you can see a gradual Taper rather than today's 'disconnection'. I know what I want; I just don't know how to break this down to my Barber and Explain it to him.

Speaking of politicians, Dan should help Donald Trump get rid of the 1970's disco era haircut that he has had for the last 40 + years and give him a real sense of modern style. How about a faded pomp for "The Donald." lol, too funny to even imagine. Trump is singing the Bee Gee's "You should be dancing, yeah" with his current hairdo on the disco dance floor. And Kim Jong-un, is another politician that needs some serious help with the ole hairdo. Looks goofy looking with that terrible haircut that does not fit his fat features at all.

God your videos are just so nice and great to watch and I feel like im learning so much. ALSO, my hair is almost 4 inches and I trying to basically get a nice pomp like this. Classic but like something layed back so I can run my fingers through or let is kinda get a bit messed up, so what are good measurements to get this look if I want it a tad longer on the bottom sides?
@RegalGentleman5 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much, glad you're learning! If you want the sides a little longer then maybe try for a 2 or 3. The top will all depend on your hair type, but you'll need enough hair to push up and back in the fringe. You just want to keep the hair in the fringe longer and get shorter towards the back. There's pictures on our Instagram if you wanted to show your barber!
