Thank you for your comment! Of course there is a limit depending on your flexibility, but, you can always have a good Boleo technique to accomplish beautiful boleos. You can practice doing some lounges exercises to activate the back muscles of your legs and gluts, plus , compliment that with stretching the front area of your hip, where it connects with the quadriceps.
