4 to 6 portions are required according to nutritionist agar only bread count karoge to din bhar main 4 to 6 slice kha sakte hain...she is doing right.. protein powder company ne logo ko misguide kiya hai.. diffrent blood group ka different protein and carb requirement hota hai .. sourdough bohot healthy hai glucose spike nahi hota ...she is sharing her real journey appreciate her work..

@@Harry08107 feta cheese content 14 gm protine per 100gm...and sattu shake main roasted chickpea ka sattu hota hai vo bhi protine count hoga...din bhar main 2 se 4 portions of protein lena hota hai ...vo bhi inke diet main include hota hai...
