This intro is especially tear jerking for me. I grew up in a chaotic household with an abusive father and a mother who's mental health was slowly going due to the abuse. And when my dad left for work I would put in a Disney film. Back then they had this intro. And every time I heard it, it was like it was saying to me "Everything will be okay." Everything will be okay.

Man the nostalgia. I remember as a kid I'd get literal joy hearing this play cause I knew for the next 90 or so minutes I will be transported to another world filled with magic and wonder. This was the Disney Renaissance where EVERY single movie they put out was an instant classic: Mulan, Hercules, Aladdin, the little mermaid, Tarzan, the hunchback, pocahontas, beauty and the beast, lion king, the Tigger movie, a goofy movie, you could pop anyone of these into the vhs player and I'd be as still as a statue fixated on the beautiful music and breathtaking visuals

I loved just about everything Disney, from The Mighty Ducks to the Lion King. All you ever want to do as a kid is grow up, never realizing these experiences you're having will be nothing but cherished memories when you're introduced to all the cruelties of the real world as an adult. @@PokemonBoy-de4jd Current DVD's also have this issue as well. And I personally don't like it, since when I think back on the classic Disney, I always remember the classic Disney intro. I only have Treasure Planet, Lilo & Stitch & Atlantis The Lost Empire that have the classic logos, but other Disney films aren't so lucky, Even old Pixar films have the new logo intro instead of the old one, which I hate even more since the classic Pixar logo is as nostalgic as the 2D animated movies logo intros.

Matty Bruno Lucas Zenere Salas unless it you have VHS 📼 or DVD 📀 (find original version instead nowadays DVD are now) Blu-ray’s definitely took old logo out to new logo just like happened to Netflix, Hulu snd others, they should have kept it and Disney people just being like let change “old Disney logo it too old that let get we have now is better.” Recommend VHS was best way to find the original logo like this, DVD can still find like this and it easy also just find the original version.

I didnt grow up with this sound, but I wish I did. It sounded happy and magical like what Disney was meant to be. I'm sad that on Disney Plus they completely got rid of this logo. But luckily, I live in a family with lots of siblings, so we have a few Disney VHS tapes and classic DVDs and VHS tapes. Also I was a huge fan of old and new logos ever since I was 5. I know it may sound like ''2015 kid saying good old days'', but it sounded like early 2000s kids had the best times of their lives.

It is our nature to look back at the past and think it is better. In 2000 people were looking back at the 80s and missing those times. One thing we didn’t have growing up in the 90s-early 2000s was constant access to the internet. If you can pry yourself away from it, you will feel better.
