Idk I made money just making potions/elixirs without having a flask recipe. While leveling I had well over 100 gold just from making FAPs. Save all the pvp consumables you make for a BG weekend. This was some weeks after launch. I was surprised at how much money I made. Then I got a nice passive boost from making arcanite bars on CD.

Yeah, I don't see why alchemists would be "sitting in Orgrimmar" instead of going outside and farm herbs. Advertising is rather an enchanter's fate, because they're the only ones who can't auction their crafts till WOTLK.

@@HardyMetalliX What he means is that the value of turning the raw herbs into the Alchemy-stuff is almost nothing, so the Alchemy-stuff ends up costing basically the combined value of the raw materials. Meaning that you could might as well sell the raw materials and make the same profit. Im assuming what he means by sitting in Orgrimmar then is that to make money with this you can buy herbs below the 'avg-value' and put the flasks on the market at the right monents when its higher valued. Idk.

Tauren Druid is just a fucking beast for Herb/Alch. By far the best on PVP realm the Druid ability to escape ganks alongside +15 Herbing Skill to avoid failures and you're just unstoppable 1v1

Summary as I understand it (please correct me if I'm wrong): For leveling - Skinning and Mining/Enchanting. When you're 60 - replace with your BIS professions: 1) Tanks - BS & Engineering 2) Cloth - Tailoring & Engineering 3) Rogue / Hunter - Leatherworking & Engineering 4) The rest (e.g., paladins, warriors, shamans, etc.) - Engineering and any of your leveling professions (e.g., mining)

Mining herb or skiing and of the two will always make you gold.

As alchemist you have Transmute: Arcanite it's 2 days cooldown, you can make good money specially in the first weeks

Skinning/herb on my shadow priest will drop skin for alchemy once I get my 40 mount

engi mining all the way because no way can I afford to buy the mining mats rather than gathering them myself lol. Feeling sooo skint compared to SoD! I'll be lucky if i'm even half way to a mount when I reach 40.

I’m mining/ herb for gold. Then delete herb and save mines brilliantly tbc then get BS for weapons. That’s the plan.

SoD dropped some P6 hotfixes. Lot of class buffs.... Rogue tanks and Locks got some big changes.

Had a player login in on our SoD realm The Lash. Quit back in P1. Came back to wow to play Classic Classic Minus and was already bored after a couple days. Wanted to play a rogue tank instead. P6 looks like a good time to do it.

No but gathermate addon shows you where the nodes are anyway that's all you really need

@@tainicon4639there’s also an add on called tracking switcher which does it automatically for you. It’s just on GCD so you’ll need to be careful using it

Herbalism and Mining is a timesync. Thats not our Job anymore, Bots do that way better so you time is better invested buying the herbs out of the AH from the Bots using your bought Gold. XD Dont be silly and waste your time farming anything a bot can and will do better.

you go gnomish engi on your main and throw goblin on a lvl 35 disenchanting/goblin engi alt. There is no reason to take goblin on your main.

Enchanting only pays the bills if you get the first crusader in phase 1

Not true, being able to DE everything in a DME solo jump run is bis, Large Brills are always 4-7 gold in every phase
