For leveling heroic strike should always be a huge no-no. You want to try and pool the rage that you would use for heroic strike and use it for the next mob. I usually try to kite the mob I'm killing close enough to the next mob I'm going to be killing so I can charge after looting. This will allow you to maximize your rage uptime. The ONLY time I hit heroic strike is if I'm over 70 rage and about to cap out.

Was leveling my shaman but think I may stop and level up a warrior was worried about it in bgs when they drop but think imma just lvl one lol shaman is only 35 atm

One button macro as a furyprot doesnt really make much sense, especially in a raid setup when you want to secure threat second 1, you don't do that with one or two sunders or you're gonna make your dps despise you. Don't ever add shield block on a furyprot macro, doesnt make any sense either without a weapon swap macro, better play deepprot then. Concerning the dps macro, I guess you could be fine with this, but hey cancelqueuing HS is a thing to maximise your rage generation especially early on where you're starving on rage, it's an advanced mechanic you could say but it's actually quite useful to secure rage when hitcap. The overpower macro is a very good addition that most warriors do not actually do and I thank you for that, an Overpower macro is very good because you can almost secure a crit with Overpower thus increasing your flurry uptime. There's an addon called TimeToKill that tracks how many seconds the boss is expected to remain alive for you to use Death Wish ( And potentially Reck ), so you can know the perfect time to use Death Wish, one thing to say tho you might want to press it a bit earlier than what the timer says to be 30 seconds(45seconds-ish) due to everyone popping Death Wish at the same time and profiting from Execute phase, fight lengths is considerably reduced then.

Leave revenge out, put it on its own key, even sunder armor, the dps warriors first gcd should be sunder at the start of a fight. The one you have will 100% rage starve you

Sunder doesn’t do dmg that button doesn’t make it to the cast bar 🤣
