But at the same time, that doesnt mean the standard should be lowered:) he can be an all-rounder but hes not a specialist (it can be good or bad depends on the situation). So all im saying is that compared to other composers like lets say yu peng chen, hes alr. But jay chou definitely has really good songs that i like👍🏼

Huh?? No no no. I love Jay's songs but there are many many many great master composers in Asia. For example, Joe Hisaishi who composed tons of great music for studio Ghibli's movies etc. Jay isn't at that level.

Jay Chou is a singer songwriter, that is famous for writing all his own music. He wrote the entire score for this movie too. Jay is a musician before he is an actor. Though he isn't Lang Lang or Yuja wang levels of virtuoso, he dominated asian pop with his distinct style of composition.

Sad to see keyboard playing has degraded to a shallow show-off of rapid, redundant, repeated notes! Try playing a Bach 5-part fugue! Real piano skills is about control and balance, not sheer speed.
