She is just a very young teenager, 14 here, a rare and gorgeous true contralto. She was an abused child and orphaned, then her adoptive mother took her to singing lessons aged 5 hoping they would help her to speak, then this amazing voice grew out of it. Her name is pronounced Dee-ana. She has many great covers out there...this song is actually a french song...she also has songs in Russian and English and Spanish....she's s contralto. Usually people react to Wicked Game first, then Rechenka, and then Human. Rechenka probably shows off her range the best, but Wicked Game and Human really shows how accessible to regular people. Derniera Danse usually comes later.

Igor Krutoy doesn't really work with Diana. She only sings a song by him 'Tomorrow is a Lie' but he has enabled her to move to Moscow. He gave her an apartment, so that she could continue her vocal training with the best teachers and start studying after school.
