Dave Cash was the leadoff hitter The Phils needed in 1977 & 1978 to be successful, imo. Although, Ted Sizemore had an excellent season in '77 batting .281 146 hits, 46rbi's compared to Cash 188 hits 42 doubles 7 trips .289 avg. as an Expo.
