I'm starting a metal fabrication business with my only son, a very seasoned and certified welder, and it's up to to equip and setup our shop in his roomy 2 1/2. car garage. A drill press vise is very handy too. It’s heavy, low profile and is good for holding things for welding.

Excellent information Scott. It would be great to see more videos like this from a professional metal artist like yourself. It would be wonderful to see a video on your bead roller and an explanation on the different dies, also what to look for when choosing the between the different brands and styles of bead rollers. The same types of videos for plenishing hammers and english wheels would be awesome to see as well. Great job!

Non-metal guy here (but will confirm with Scott and Mark) - Probably not necessary if you're just using them with hand tools. I'm not even sure we've done that with stuff we use on the power hammer.
