Mark is the best salesman. He sold me on a Saturn among many MANY other games and consoles. I truly believe the Saturn would have been a success in the US had Sega hired him to represent. 😄

Ironically he didn't even own a Saturn until 2009...he didn't even upgrade from his Sega Genesis to a next gen system until after Final Fantasy 7 came out but he went with PlayStation.

Yeah I had two Sega Saturn they were Japanese but this is a certain people then want me to come back to it or whoever brought by the both of them have the engines tore out of it and I couldn't play a single Japanese game on the Japanese Sega Saturn and I think it was sold at one of the well-known Japanese store book off in Lakewood ca shopping center 🎮🥷😔😔😔😔😔😡

I have a full Saturn Collection... Started collecting for it when it released... Even though all my friends had Playstations, besides Tekken, we always played multi-player on Saturn... Several of the more rare games were actually bought for me from my friends, just so we could play them together... My best friend pretty much got me every type of controller for the system... Couldn't play Decathlete, or Winter Heat without the arcade pads... And the summer we all spent trying to beat Radiant Silvergun and absolutely NOBODY at school knowing what we were talking about when we felt like GODS when we 1CC that game... I miss those times...

@@Kain5th It's Resident Evil but the whole game is underwater. It's actually pretty good, it has a few things on its own. If you're a fan of Resident Evil, I recommend Deep Fear. Give it a try.

Myst was just in the right place at the right time. It was the first big CD ROM only game at a time when CD drives were finally proliferating. Since it was basically a slideshow, it could be ported to anything.

I had a MD, Mega-CD and GG. Yet I had no idea back in the 90s that there was a Saturn, so I asked my parents for a PlayStation, which I ha played at a friends house. I wonder if I had known about the Saturn and got one, would I be happy I got to play a few great games or sad that I missed out on so many great PS1 games.

If SEGA hadn’t went down the stupid add on devices route for the Megadrive/Genesis & went straight from the Megadrive into the SATURN & then into the revolutionary online console that was the Dreamcast. I seriously think SEGA would’ve remained if not thee most successful Hardware company, then they would’ve remained in the race against the other big 3 hardware companies. Those stupid,short lived but relatively expensive Megadrive add on devices ruined SEGAS reputation with their massive fan base. Once bitten,twice shy.
