I grew up doing taekwondo with my father till he was killed. I quit going for many years. Then my daughter wanted to do taekwondo, so I took her to my old school, and I signed up to take classes too and it was really hard for me to go without my dad being there. I've been just taking my daughter for the pass year without me taking classes. now after watching this, it has me really thinking about going back and start hitting it hard again. I really enjoyed this movie!

This has been an oasis in the desert find for me today. A good, honest and well-acted movie with a script to make anyone cry, given the sensitivity of the subject matter. 'When the going gets tough, the tough gets going' is the central message here. The martial arts action was deliberately kept to a minimum, so the message becomes the Star of the Show. An outstanding achievement, which deserves an Oscar.

A wonderful movie of people of all ages being taught and teaching each other how to protect themselves through an art that is purely self-defense in a good way. @MisheckDominic oh dude just leave them, prefer being nice instead of being friends with someone who is always mean to others, i don't have such friends, that's why i have this faith in myself. One bully= So many problems all the time and unsuccessful life, no bully= peaceful and successful life. Thats what is the difference between being bully and being not a bully. İ believe you can change, but you need to believe in yourself as well. Bullies will try to beat you up but you need to learn how to defend yourself against bullies, so you should start taking martial arts courses someday. You can do it bud

Once had the displeasure of sharing accomodation in a rooming house with a punk kid similar to the one in this film. He had his mother and her boyfriend and a large Pitbull living with him. A girlfriend too. His mom was supporting him regardless of his thuggery and he has two goons threaten me and a small child in my care at the time. In America, The worst criminals always seem to have extremely permissive parents apparently.
