Awesome build! I have a 49 3800. I bought a 89 GMC square body dually for the frame and ISF. The front track width was also a concern. Just to make sure I understand, you used a non - dually hub. Would that be off a C20 3/4 ton? Just wondering how you cleared the spindle and brake caliper with the dually wheel. Also did you make your spacers or buy them? Would like to see a picture with the wheel off.

Hi. Love this build! I'm starting on one myself! I totally agree about the track width. That looks tucked in nicely! My question is; non-dually C30 hubs from same vintage as the chassis were used? Thanks and great job!

Correct, non-dually front disc hubs were used, with some spacers (since I'm using dually wheels), and the spacing turned out perfect for me. Hope that helps!!! I'd love to see your build!

What size spacers did you use and did it impact the wheel choice. 19.5 vs the standard is 16” which came on the donor frame.
