Both characters are from modded versions of TF2, the first guy with the umbrella is the Civilian from TF2 Classic, a special class from the VIP game mode, in which he serves as a wealthy financial supporter of one of the teams but is useless on his own so the whole team has to protect him from being assassinated. The masked guy is the Mercenary from Open Fortress, a generic class solely made for Open Fortress's open arena games. Due to their shared origins and one being a client and one being a mercenary, the 2 are often portrayed as partners in the fanbase. The song itself has 2 separate 'routes' similar to songs like Challeng-Edd, if you collect all of the special 'money' notes in the song you bribe the mercenary to not help the Civilian leaving him to finish the song alone, but if you fail to the Civilian calls the Mercenary to finish the song for him. This video combines both routes similar to versions of Challeng-edd where both Eduardo and Tord appear.
