A HUGE Stump left from 3 co-joined Old Growth Cedar Trees is sitting right where our house is waiting to be placed. I'll use my Kubota 4x4 tractor to take it on.

Rick I took a stump out at moms house and it was just about that size and no youngkin to help me,I wound up using a jackhammer to get the dirt off the bottom of the stump to lighten it up a bit and used 50.00 of saws all wood blades and cut pieces off of it to lighten it up some more but like you got it done in the end!!! Good luck moving forward moving that beastly stump!!!! I’m also hoping that Jamie’s neck is feeling better and give her a kiss from me to brighten her spirits!!! Pout until the next amazing adventure at the ranch!!!

Use the backhoe to move the stump. You can move a lot more with it than the loader expecialy with such a small unit. Great job btw getting it done 👍.

Beside the obvious extreme tractor abuse, that was a great testament for just how durable Kubota tractors are. It's not every day you see anything that size take on something BIGGER than it is and win. Kudos to you, the tractor and especially the power of prayer.

I can tell this isn't Rick's first -rodeo- stump. Experience teaches you to keep digging and cutting roots until it's ready. Yanking it out with a chain while it's still anchored to the ground can be dangerous and ineffective, not to mention being hard on the equipment. Patience and a whole lot of digging is the way to go.

Hey Rick hey Jamie thank you for the video and I can see that it was hard to get that stomp out even using a machine I remember years ago I took two stumps out by hand using a circular saw took a couple days with a shovel 2

Will you be stripping back that topsoil to hard stuff prior to backfilling,raising the Roadhouse footprint.When you strip it back,you"ll need to do a penetrometer(spiked steel shaft with a slide weight on it) to determine whether you have soft ground underneath.

Would u b interested in a 1937 Diamond T? My grandpa George & my Mom went 2 Chicago & bought it brand New right out of the factory in 37! We don't have the money 2 restore it my Brother-in-law started 2 do the Body work but he has since passed away so it sits.😢👍❤️✌️
