She was a relative of their neighbor. A plus-sized black girl that had a crush on Willis and was absolutely fearless. Arnold persuaded her to take on The Gooch. I want to say in exchange for a date with Willis, if memory serves. We're talking about 35 years since I've seen that episode. I'm going off of sheer memory.

I watched HEAD OF THE CLASS soley for Khrystyne Haje (Simone). When I was a production assistant on STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE 9, I kept bugging the show's casting director to bring her in to audition for a part. He was always completely against it, but he FINALLY caved in to my constant insistence probably just to shut me up.
