The valine is missing in the Non-polar aliphatic R group and the Isoleucine structure that was explained in the lecture was actually a valine structure. Leucine and Isoleucine have the same number of carbon atoms in the side chain, the only difference is that the leucine side chain is straight while the Isoleucine side chain is branched. The overall lecture is very well explained. The mnemonics are of great help.
