Sorry sir thoda confusing h, sir Reynolds no.of laminar flow is less than 2000.and transition ke liye 2000 and 4000 ke between hoga and also turbulent flow ke liye is more than 4000...May be...

This case is valid for flow through pipes but iam talking about flow through open channels which is open from top and subjected to atmospheric pressure. So you are right in case of flow through pipes.
