When speed increases throttlevalve opens I.e90 degree am I right

Dear go through your explanation of maintaining the constant engine speed again. Your explanation is incorrect. initially you are saying that when speed increases throttle closes and reduces the fuel supply and therefore engine speed decreases and after that you says as the engine speed decreases throttle valve opens and speed is maintained. HOW? Your are contradicting your own explanation.

Speed control is done with the help of governors.

When the engine speed increases, throttle valve closes so that fuel supply gets decreased and constant speed is maintained. When the engine speed decreases, throttle valve opens and more fuel passes over and again constant speed is maintained.

The purpose of the governor is to maintain the engine speed constant even though the load on the engine increases.
