start to answer-how did you type that grey box that shows white fonts for a question? what tool? save it how? starts where? pulled questions text box out from the side margin? makes no sense, show only answer tool--skipped this part for the question box to be prepared and shown for student view in classin-

I have added video on the ppt but when it uploads to classin it goes through a conversion then the video does not work. Is it disable? or does it have something to do with the video format?

Hi Jessie, unfortunately you cannot play videos on PPT. We recommend you to open the video file separately by saving them into your cloud drive. Sorry for the inconvenience.

When ever I enter a class room there is a very annoying "white brick" back drop with is the perfect color to hid all of my mic and camera features. How in the WORLD do I get rid of it?!?!

How to download multiple files (not one by one) at once from the Classin cloud to my computer? 2. How to upload the whole folder (which contains several files) to the Classin cloud? Nice video, helpful. I didn't understand some of the tools but now I do. Here's kind of a noob question. I have a weird thing going on, using a desktop computer, Win10, two monitors, Dell and Asus at 1920x1080, 'Extended displays.' When I'm in 'practice' mode, Classin covers the whole screen. But as soon as I go into actual 'teach' mode, Classin gets about 20% smaller, it doesn't extend to the edges any more. I think it may be to do with my monitor settings somehow, but hard to understand bcs it's fine in 'Practice/Prepare' mode. I was playing around with enlarging and now there are black bars on the sides. I can't remember or find how to make the bars go away. It's hard to check bcs I can only access actual 'Teach' mode just before class, when I'm preparing. Thx for any ideas

You can find some settings about how to recording the class. There is one setting that could allow you to chang the size of classroom.

Desktop Sharing tool still does not work. Student sees the shared area as an area of black image only even though it is meant to be white with black text. Please look into this as it is an important tool!

Hi, the feedback is not mandatory. If you do not want it to show up anymore, you can choose to cancel the pop-up window of the feedback in settings-classroom settings-customize in ClassIn's back-end system.

@@EEOClassIn no, I think green screen means for the teacher to have a green background like they do in movies, and have a virtual background like I can upload a pic of LAS VEGAS and it looks like I'm there (although anyone with a keen eye can see it's fake). ZOOM has this feature, but it's kind of gimmicky. Just having a tidy room is good enough I think.

I found out that this platform is really engaging to the pupils... espeacially for the very young learners that do not need to go to another app just to express or interact to discussion but, Does classin can cater 200 people in a class? I think a video spliced with what the students can see would help. e.g. could the students see in that a, b, c, d who voted for what or just the teacher can see? Also is there a way to remove that feedback screen for the teacher?
