Hoshino's halo is still active though so she's not really sleeping. Most of the time when she is supposedly sleeping in official media she's actually probably doing a "sleeping with one eye open" as you can see her halo still being active. The exceptions being the 3rd pv party which was completely safe and the CHP.98 Kotatsu being too strong.

Fun Fact: The reason why Nonomi has a golden card is because it is somewhat related to her being unobtainable in the student recruitment/draw. Which is why if you want to increase her stars you'd have to spend tons of Pyrox/Real Money just to convert it to her Elept in order to upgrade her.
