Manabu, to me is an actual perfect human, he is strong, smart, experienced but most of all he is aware of his weaknesses, he knows he isn't perfect and believes in cooperation. This is something I recently found out, Itachi during his conversation with Naruto told him that he once tried to do everything by himself which is why he lost sight of himself and should have trusted the strength of others. This is even more apparent in the Kabuto fight.
