* The note that should be at the end of the video is here instead: I (personally) always associate CAPTIAL LETTERS with the letter names (A=/ay/, B=/bee/, C=/see/, etc). I also always associate small letters with the sounds (a=/ah/, b=/buh/, c=/kuh/, etc). . A final note: I believe all English teachers should avoid using the letter names for young learners. I find that kids learn phonics much quicker if you always call; 'Dd' /duh/ instead of /Dee/; 'Ee' /eh/ instead of /ee/; 'Ff' /fuh/ instead of /eff/; etc
