I'm so thankful I found your channel!! After having a half year of long-term subbing (it was a rough half of a year), I'm entering my first full year teaching at a new school! I'm trying to figure out all of my routines and how I want to lay out my classroom and your videos have given me so many ideas! I love the highlighting of their names, the pushpins for the student work board, and doing the buckets for group points! I'll be trying all of those. I also loved hearing about your restorative circle from last year. Whenever I watch your videos, I take so many notes! Thank you for taking the time to get these videos to us!

We have Meet the Teacher night on July 30th and School starts on August 1st! We only have three professional development days plus a fun night where teachers all get together to meet and play games. New teachers have an extra week of Professional Development. We are in Arizona and school begins so early!

Love your classroom! I started following you last year and you have done a great job! Here in Michigan it is wayyyy later than everyone! We have our PD's that start Aug 19th, Back to school bash on Aug 21st and first day is Aug 26th! Wayyyy later than everyone lol Good luck this year!

Your classroom is amazing! It feels so late saying that our school year (and my first one) starts around September 10ish, but our school year (Southern Germany) ends towards the end of July.

I’ve had 4 days of Mentor training last week, 2 days of my district Summer Institute this week, and training at my school site starts August 1st. My littles arrive on August 14th!♥️

I'm in Jamaica. At my school, teachers go back a week before the students for meetings and classroom prep. Students go back on September 2😊

Everything looks very cute! I really like how the back wall looks. If you put your whiteboard markers tip down they last longer bc the "ink" isn't draining away from the tip. I'm in CT. For my district, teachers go back August 26 and students start August 29.
