Back and watching for another year. I love your advice to new teachers to recognise that you've been doing this for a decade now, and they should be no means think they have to have this wonderful of a classroom after just a year or two. It's taken me 2 years to get my classroom into a place where it's 1/10th as good as this, but it's very much a journey. Thanks for another great vid!
