Classroom Setup #4: Bulletin Boards, Library, & Organizing (First Year in Kindergarten)

I had a really tough semester this fall. It is so unsafe to go back right now, but I miss my kids. I have been dreading going back (virtually) after the break but this is actually making me excited to start again. I am hoping everyone follows the rules so we can get the virus under control and go back to school soon.

I like the look of the fadeless, but know the Better Than Paper is easier to work with and holds up better. Your room is looking so good. I hope you are enjoying a break from school.

I’m already OBSESSED with the bulletin boards, it’s making everything look so homey! Also, I think both types of bulletin paper look perfect! They almost look the exact same and I definitely think the grey will look great with the hooks painted white. Can’t wait for the next upload 💗

I used the same bulletin board paper in my classroom and ran into the same issue. I ended up using both types and now I don’t even notice the difference. 😂 It’s looking great so far!

Those bulletin boards are so pretty. I’m surprised you don’t have an aide anymore. All the kindergarten teachers I know have an aide. This is so hard to choose! My favorite picture books are probably "Stand Back", Said the Elephant, "I'm Going to Sneeze!" (favorite book as a kid), Chrysanthemum (the one picture book that's stuck with me since I was in first grade), and any of the Pigeon books by Mo Willem (I couldn't choose just one, my first graders love them all!) #mccgiveaway4
