I’m moving from my 4th grade classroom to 1st grade this school year too. I’m excited to teach 1st, but so hesitant to start my classroom! I have so much stuff I moved before summer school ended but now it’s the hassle of finding places for everything, along with decluttering the retired teacher’s room. 😢 Any tips on this?

Did the school offer to move it for you at all? Our custodians always move it for us. We have to box it up, but the school provides the boxes. That’s horrible if you had to move it yourself. They could have at least given you a flatbed cart to move it.
