That's only possible with the new FX-991CW models. The EX cannot.

It's available in the particular calculator he is using. It's the Casio Fx991 Ex Classwiz

@@saujanyapoudel7378 that's not what he's asking. The computer software used is an emulator that Casio makes available for PCs but it's expensive.

What do I do if I want to have access to items inputted in the cells after the calculator has gone off

Did you find the answer? Now I have the same problem - if i want to go back to normal calculating or when calculator turns off, everything that was inputted in calculator (all the values) will be disappeared.
