Service charge in Kenya shillings is 2750 for the one bedroom and Kes 4500 per month for the 2 and 3 bedroom. The benefits of service charge includes insurance for the buildings, use of the swimming pool at Tatu city for your entire household, use of the club house at tatu city, garbage collection, security at Tatu city and computer coding for the children leaving at Tatu city etc, prices are on the date this video was posted may change.
