Enjoyed the upgrades with this makeover, with the lovely sunshine coming through the window. It looks like a mini conservatory, very natural, restful and serene. Your new eating space, now has more enjoyable atmosphere. A new outdoors-indoors space to refresh your senses and to enjoy your meals/dining experiences. I would personally get an circular jute floor rug, that has cut out pattern (like paper doily) under the dining table.

Most windows go in from the inside (if that makes sense) there’s two little tabs on the window, you just push them in (towards each other) and pull the window forward. But idk if buildings have windows that work that way. Hope that helps

Can try to use Windex Outdoor Window, Glass, with Hose Attachment.

For hanging curtains: grab a cardboard box, cut a side into an ‘L’ shape and use that to measure where your holes will be. It makes life so much easier. Also, as a renter myself...use command strip hooks instead of nails. Such a game changer and saves you from having to cover holes later.
