alzathoth maybe not the silver shrouds cave, since he's a fictional character. How about Arlen built a version in a cave under Goodneighbor like he did the gun. He's had two hundred years to build it and gives it to you after the silver shrouds quest is complete. That way it is lore friendly.

Robert if you read what I wrote I say lore friendly. If you want a blank canvas download the GNplayerhome clean mod on ps4. I'll leave room and make it for you to scrap stuff but the silver shroud mobile the shroud computer among other things I will build. As far as weapons go they will be op for the vanilla game only if I add a quest to it where a high powered weapon is required. check out my RR goodneighbor safehouse mod the quest is almost impossible with vanilla and most modded weapons unless your character is extremely high level.

A cool one would be "Institute Hideout" and it's basically a little condo with a basic bed, bathroom, and living room, but a door in the back leads to the basement, which is Institute themed and has surveillance screens of Goodneighbor.

It seems odd to me that dirty water in FO4 is more valuable and harder to find than pure water, which anybody who even slightly works with settlements has in enormous quantity. I guess Project Purity from FO3 was more successful than anybody expected. Next big invention in the Fallout universe: Water Depurifier, to convert your purified water into flavorful dirty water.

I was so disappointed when Diamond City was the only Major City in Fallout 4, I wish Goodneighbor was bigger, after you play the game for a while it just gets boring. I love the Goodneighbor Condo Mod. It might be worth noting that there is also a vending system built into the floor terminals that allow you to buy/sell ammo, weapons, etc. Very handy!

The "Antler" reference comes from Fallout New Vegas; Davison is a nightkin, one of the former elite of the Master's super mutant army. Having lost the guidance of the Master due to his death in 2162 and over time, the prolonged use of Stealth Boys like many nightkin has rendered him paranoid and severely delusional. He is now devoted to "Antler" which in reality is a sun-bleached brahmin skull.

Hey Oxhorn, the skull labeled Antler in the Goodneighbor Condo mod basement bathroom/laundry room is a reference to Fallout NV. Specifically the Come Fly With Me quest where you help some ghouls escape into space, there is a nightkin with a cow's skull which he refers to as Antler, apparently taking orders from the skull.

I about died laughing when you walked up to the wall in the Scavenger's home, and Bobbi's voice just randomly reaches through to you, lmao. On another note, I loved how spacious and well organized the second player home was, with the sorting element and the linked workbenches. Even the note was nicely phrased, worded in a way Hancock would speak. The detail was incredible, with the Pickman's calling card on the basement bulletin board. And that tub! I loved that touch. Still, I think I will go for the spiral staircase apartment! I am currently holed up in the mod Cordless did for his Goodneighbor apartment. I can't recommend it enough! Cozy, spacious interior, and lore accommodating! Val's Place is wonderful, as well. Definitely more of a feminine dwelling, but incredibly cozy, ideally decorated, and the rooftop balcony is to die for! Great video, as always. :]

To answer your question, Oxhorn 'Antler' is a reference to an encounter you have with a nightkin at the repconn test site in Fallout: New Vegas. The nightkin (called Davidson) has an animal skull that he talks to like it is another person in the room at the time of the encounter, but is most likely the result of schizophrenia that is very common in nightkin from over use of stealthboys.

I love the second one, although is a little broken in the sense that you don't need to go to anyone anymore. Everything you need is in the same place. Kinda breaks the ilussion of using your skills to unlock benches or go to places, because everything that you will need to use is already there. No medics, no barbers, no settlements for purified water, no unlocking the Local Leader to put new Workbenches were they aren't. It's beatiful, but kinda gives you everything in a silver platter. Maybe if it was like one of the homes of Skyrim, where that you could buy the property, and then you could unlock different rooms by paying more money. That way you could feel like you earn it.

Not sure why Daisy is human in your game. Daisy is still very much the same flirtatious ghoul as always in my game. I have both the condo and eternal night installed and found zero overlaps or conflicts. These adjacent properties are quite compatible. I use the condo for myself and inactive companion housing and Eternal Night is for me and my active party. Thanks for featuring all these fine homes, Oxhorn. Yet another great video. The only difference between your Eternal Night and mine is that my exterior windows still look vanilla. Yet I do not consider this as a negative thing. While the new windows you show are beautiful, I find the shattered and worn exterior more immersive as it blends in with the surrounding buildings. The condo's crafting benches not only share inventory, you can contol every light in the home via the terminal that also features a vending system. Also, Daisy could charge me 10,000 or even 20,000 caps for the condo and I would still make the purchase at my earliest opportunity. It's just that good. Eternal Night being available at zero cost is a great feature though. :)

Antler is from Fallout New Vegas. You can meet a nightkin that talks to a brahmin skull called Antler. Depending on how you talk to it (or on how many of its friends you've killed), you can get it to leave a rocket facility peacefully, thereby saving some badass ghoul who booby trapped the area.

Antler is a "character" from Fallout New Vegas. A super mutant Nightkin named Davison has a secondary personality whom he talks to via a bleached bramin skull. Antler tells him (Davison) what to do and is his moral compass. The Courier will at some point ask Davison whom Antler is, to which he befuddled asks Antler what to say. His response is "Who Antler is, not important to you. Antler wants that you deal with me." It's a nice lil touch to the mod to show that it tyes to the Fallout New Vegas universe and I approve!

Hey, Diamond City charges you 2000 caps for an empty warehouse space in the unmodded game, so that's a good price for Goodneighbor's fully furnished condo. BTW, the sorting system never puts Legendary items in the Legendary storage box; they always go to whatever other category they go to i.e. melee, projectile, energy.

Once again, great video. The second one - Goodneighbor Condo Home - is awesome... and thats why I have a problem with it. The State House Hancock lives in is utter crap, and even has all the homeless sleeping all over the place, so basically, the mayor of Goodneighbor is living in a flophouse. Why the heck wouldn't Hancock just keep this place for himself? ESPECIALLY since it connects directly to the Third Rail - A PLACE HE OWNS. He pays you to get rid of those other mob-bosses (those triggerman Whitechapel Charlie sends you after on his behalf), and not only pays you for the job, but allows you to take ownership of a living space that puts his to shame, AND gives you a unique legendary weapon to boot! (and two items of Jet). Too bad this doesn't count as a settlement, because I'd love to leave Hancock there after I get his perk (because it makes sense for him to live there). I almost feel like another mod that moves Handcock here would work better for me, lore-wse (including his bodyguard Fahrenheit). Also, did that mod change Daisy? WHY do mod authors do that? Change stuff that has nothing to do with the mod itself? Also, after mentally mapping it out (I'm a fantasy cartographer), I was surprised the doorway to the Third Rail actually works out... it just should have been in the left hand wall rather than straight in front of you at the end of that short hallway. Still, it was much more accurate than I had anticipated, so that was very well done.

I don't really understand why people would like to live in a place that takes centuries to load like Goodneighbor. But to each their own. I'm a Sanctuary man myself.

The first one was probably my most prefered, it's not a dungeon and i just liked the size and feel of it :)

In the home with the spiral staircase (and Gary the ghoul) there is a bookcase door that covers another room in the basement. It's not huge but it makes the basement quite good for a two room home with the upper floors for 'other stuff'. It's not there in your video. Also, each floor has one room only - not a corridor with two rooms. That's with the 'Bigger Rooms' version of the mod. Ouch - the Condo and I had issues. I put most of my magazines in the magazine rack and... poof! Gone. Maybe they weren't gone but seemed to be nowhere and a re-entry might have sorted it out. But I wasn't risking it and loaded the save I made before using the house :) Just be careful folks.
